Nonproft Services
Strength Through Support
Before any project begins, I start with a Discovery Phase to understand what tools, systems, and workflows your organization already uses. My goal is not to introduce new platforms unnecessarily, but to streamline what’s already in place so your team can move forward with greater clarity and cohesion.
You will always receive a pitch deck or proposal outlining the scope of work before we move forward—so everyone is aligned from the start.
This work is grounded in values of transparency, collaboration, and connection. Whether we’re building a process, supporting a team transition, or improving operations, the ultimate goal is to:
Break down silos
Encourage better communication
Bring visibility to the overall work, documented, and accessible across your team
I encourage the use of live, collaborative documents such as Google Workspace or Microsoft SharePoint. I do not recommend static documents that live on individual devices—this often leads to version control issues and prevents real-time collaboration.
